Our Business and Supply Chains

Queen's Park Man and Van provides local and regional moving and transportation services. Our supply chains include providers of vehicles, fuel, equipment, uniforms, storage facilities, cleaning services, and other operational and administrative support. We acknowledge that certain segments of the logistics and labour markets may carry a higher risk of exploitation, and we are committed to identifying and addressing these risks.

Supplier Standards and Audits

We expect all suppliers and service providers to share our commitment to preventing modern slavery. As a condition of doing business with Queen's Park Man and Van, suppliers must confirm that they adhere to all applicable labour laws and do not engage in, or support, any form of modern slavery or human trafficking.

To help enforce these standards, we may conduct supplier audits and assessments, which can include requesting documentation, reviewing employment practices, and, where appropriate, conducting site visits. Priority is given to suppliers operating in higher-risk sectors or geographies. Where concerns are identified, we will work with suppliers to implement corrective actions. If satisfactory improvements cannot be demonstrated within a reasonable timeframe, we reserve the right to end the business relationship.
